Health Benefits of Fringe Tree Bark

The benefits of fringe tree bark were proven effective in early medicine for gallbladder and liver ailments of all types. By stimulating release of bile, fringe tree bark acts as a gentle and effective laxative. It also increases gastric secretion. It is used successfully for gallbladder inflammation and gallstones. It is a remedy that will aid the liver in general and as such it is often used as part of a wider treatment for the whole body. It is suggested to avoid it during actual gallstone attacks, as the herb will increase release of bile and pressure against the stones.

When there is adequate bile flow, fatty foods stop generating digestive concerns and fat-soluble vitamins as well as other nutrients are completely absorbed. The liver is no longer congested with cholesterol and neither is the blood’s circulation blocked by it. Priest & Priest informs us that fringe tree bark is a “relaxing and stimulating hepatic and alternative: stimulates the discharge of bile, promotes digestion of fats. Corrects excessive discharge of mucus into the gastro-intestinal tract”.
