Try this delicious Omega-3 and protein-rich smoothie with a friend — it makes two servings!

  • 1 Cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 frozen organic banana
  • 1⁄4 cup raw almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons Barlean's Organic Flax Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons organic pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup water or hemp milk

In a blender, combine ingredients in the order listed and puree to a smooth consistency.
