    Can I modify my order?

    Yes as long as you alert us no later than 24 hours after placing your order.

    Can I expedite the shipping of my order?

    Yes. You will be prompted to select a shipping method during the ordering process. However, please note that we ship all packages USPS Priority Mail which means that for all continental USA packages delivery will be 2-3 business days from shipment date. Please note that we do not ship UPS or DHL. All International Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail International unless the customer specifically requests another shipper such as FedEX.

    Can I order by phone?

    Absolutely! The OAW office hours are Monday-Thursday 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST and Friday 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST. Please remember that our phones typically stay very busy. If you have difficulty in getting through, please use the form above.

    Is placing an order through the website safe?

    Purchasing with a credit card through the Oasis Advanced Wellness Web Site is 100% safe. The OAW site uses a security protocol, called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). It provides data encryption, server authentication and message integrity.

    The OAW shopping cart is secure. This means that all information exchanged between our server and your computer, including credit card number, name, and address, will be encrypted so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data) that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom or top of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

    Further, we do not keep any of your information stored on office computers. Because Internet fraud is rampant we believe this is the safest way to ensure the privacy and safety of our customers.

    Do you ship Internationally?

    Why are shipping costs expensive?

    Our choice of shipping is through the United States Post Office using Priority Mail. However, we do offer FedEx for customers who so choose. USPS Priority mail means that once shipped your package should arrive in 2-3 business days. USPS is a faster means of shipping than most carriers and USPS moves the mail weekends and some holidays. USPS does not irradiate packages unless the destination is Washington D.C.

    Instead of offsetting shipping and handling fees by increasing product costs, we have chosen to keep our product costs as low as possible and have our shipping fees reflect our actual costs. Most of our products have not had a price increase in six years. Unlike companies that have seemingly cheap shipping costs, our actual raw cost for premium non-toxic formulations is so high that we cannot afford to ship without making sure there is a way to track the shipment. Please note that we offer FREE shipping for all orders over $100.00 that are shipping to a destination in the continental United States. All FREE shipping is shipped USPS Priority Mail.

    Although shipping might appear expensive if you buy just one bottle of product, it accurately reflects the fact that the labor involved is virtually identical for small or large orders, and that USPS and FedEx charge the bulk of their fees for the first pound being shipped. Conversely, the larger your order, the better the shipping rate becomes.

    When will I receive my order?

    We ship within 24-48 hours of order placement for all in-stock products. Please make note that our office and shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday. We continually replenish our stock from the manufacturers, but sometimes we are waiting for particular products. While the wait may be a bit inconvenient it assures you that you are getting the freshest product available from the manufacturer and not a product that has been sitting on a shelf for three months.

    What is the status of my order?

    Answers vary and generally depend on what was ordered. We ship one day behind on all in-stock products. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking notification via the e-mail that you gave during the ordering process. Please check your junk/spam folders for this tracking notification and always check the tracking status before contacting us. If you have not received a tracking email then your order most likely has not shipped. We never purposefully hold orders and will get your order to you as quickly as possible.

    What if I don’t receive my order?

    Please check the status of your shipment with your tracking number at www.usps.com before calling. If tracking indicates that the shipment has been delivered but you do not have it, please take your tracking number to your local USPS office. Because most of our orders are shipped through the USPS, we do not have the ability to inform the carrier about special instructions or where to leave your package This is between the customer and their mail carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to find out about local delivery mistakes, packages left with neighbors, and timely response to “attempted-delivery” pink slips. If your package is returned to OAW we will notify you. Additional shipping costs will be applied in order to re-ship.

    What if I received the wrong item or an item is missing?

    All orders are verified in our system prior to shipping, but occasionally mistakes do happen. If your order is incorrect in any way, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package, and we’ll take it from there! To contact us, please use the form above.

    Can I return any items I purchased?

If the product is listed under Qualified Products for Return and meets the OAW 30 day return policy, please use the form above for a Return Authorization Number (RA). RA numbers must be requested by email-only as we must have a record of the request and our acknowledgment of the request. We strongly recommend that returned products be sent with delivery receipt as we are not responsible for returned products that do not make it to our office.
